Beauty Lounge Policy

 

• We welcome all walk-ins, but appointments are recommended.

• Generally, appointments are guaranteed up to only 10 minutes after the appointment time. We will try our best to accomodate you, provided there are no appointments scheduled immediately following yours. We would really appreciate notification if you are unable to come.

• On the contrary, sometimes due to a slight delay with earlier appointments, there may be a mild delay with your appointment. We try our best to mitigate delays, but would appreciate your understanding.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other clients. 

• We reserve the right to decline treatment at our discretion if there are signs of a skin condition/infection.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
